Christa is a registered Osteopath with a background in dance and over fifteen years’ experience working with clients through movement and manual therapies.

Her journey started with a bachelor from The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts in 2005, where she came to realise that she was more interested in treating injuries than in performing herself. After a period spent teaching yoga and studying Thai Massage, she went on to attain a Masters degree from the British College of Osteopathy in 2015. She continued to develop her yoga teaching skills at the renown YogaWorks in New York City and founded the perinatal yoga business YogaSpine, helping mums in the community cope with the physical stresses of pregnancy and birth.

Christa strives to offer honest advice and practical help so her patients can feel in control both during and outside of sessions. Patients who understand what is contributing to their dysfunction can play a more active part in their own treatment. She has a keen interest in treating women’s health conditions and can help during the pre-and postnatal period. As a mother of two young children, she can personally relate to the physical and psychological strain a woman’s body experiences during and after pregnancy.
